  1. rowing 10 min (any warm up)

  2. endo rotation elastiband (3x20)

  3. exo rotation elastiband (3x20)

  4. push up (3x20)

  5. reverse fly elastiband (3x20)

  6. push up wide grip (3x20)

  7. chest stretch elastiband (3x20)

  8. push up close grip (3x20)

  9. table push up (3x20)

  10. feet on chair push up (3x20)

  11. elastiband fly (3x20)

  12. chairs dip (3x20)

  13. elastiband pull down (triceps) left + right (3x20)
